Nassau County law firm serving Valley Stream and Queens

From one office on Sunrise Highway in Valley Stream we represent clients across Nassau County and Queens, so you get an attorney who appears in the local courts rather than a firm routing your call to whichever branch is nearest.

One Office, Both Sides Of The County Line

Because Valley Stream sits right on the Nassau-Queens border, that geography shapes the practice more than any marketing choice does. A crash on Sunrise Highway and one six blocks west can end up in entirely different court systems, and an estate split between a Nassau house and a Queens co-op has to navigate two separate sets of local procedures.

Working from a single office on that line means a case that crosses the border never has to be handed off to another firm. Each area below gets its own overview, written around the actual courts, hospitals, and roads relevant to it.

Where we Practice Across Nassau County And Queens

This is our home village and the base of the practice. We represent Valley Stream residents in injury claims from Sunrise Highway and Green Acres, and we handle wills, trusts, and village tax grievances for families in North Valley Stream and Gibson. Two overviews cover it: the Valley Stream personal injury lawyer overview for accident matters, and the Valley Stream estate planning lawyer overview for wills, trusts, and probate.

Injury matters filed countywide are heard in Nassau County Supreme Court in Mineola, a few minutes from the Surrogate's Court where we handle probate. If your accident happened somewhere in Nassau but not in a village we have listed separately, the Nassau County personal injury lawyer overview is the right starting point.

A large share of our clients live or were injured just over the border, and Queens claims run on their own timetable and their own local defense bar. The Queens personal injury lawyer overview covers how we handle those matters.

Jamaica generates a different mix of cases than the rest of the borough, weighted toward pedestrian impacts and transit-related injuries around the Sutphin Boulevard corridor. The Jamaica Queens personal injury lawyer overview goes into that specifically.

Five outline stars.

Questions About Where we Practice

  • Does your firm serve both Nassau County and Queens?

Yes, and that is the point of being where we are. Our office is in Valley Stream on the Nassau and Queens border, and we take matters on both sides of it rather than referring one out.

  • Where is your office located?

70 E. Sunrise Highway, Suite 500, in Valley Stream. It is walkable from the Valley Stream LIRR station and minutes from Green Acres Mall, which makes it reachable from Queens and from most of southwestern Nassau without a long drive.

  • How do I find out whether you handle matters in my town?

Call and ask. The overviews above cover the areas we work in most, but the practice runs across Nassau County and Queens generally, and a five-minute call will tell you more than guessing from a list.

  • What is the appeals process?

Notice of appeal is filed, the record is settled, briefs are exchanged, and the court issues a decision after consideration or argument.

We keep the practice small on purpose, which means we can tell you honestly at the first call whether your matter is something we should take. If it is not, we will point you toward someone better suited.
